If you have been redirected to this page from PayPal that means you have made your $75 deposit to cover at least the first hour.  There is always a one hour ($75) minimum for any remote service for a new customer.  I will send you a PayPal invoice for additional time spend supporting your WordPress installation billed at $65 per 1 hour increments beyond what you have already paid for.

Additional remote support in the future will be billed at $65 per hour.

If you have not already done so you need to send me the URL of your site and administrator logon information.  If you would like to create an administrator account exclusively for me that is an idea I recommend. That way the security of your logon is not compromised and it’s easy for you to remove my access should you need to do so.  Always think about security and backups.  Always.

When I logon to your site the first thing I will do is make sure you have a good plugin for backing up your databases.  The second thing I will do is create a backup of your databases.  Then I will get to work on the task you need done.

Keep in mind this: While I will exercise all caution with your website Fort Collins WordPress Help is not responsible for lost information or content nor for the total destruction of your WordPress installation. If I do break it I will attempt to fix it on my time, not on your time.  But it may not be repairable.  This is why my first action is always to back up your databases.
